Refund policy

At SKOLR, we are committed to your learning success. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we offer the following refund options.
If you are unsatisfied with a course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
Internship program fees are non-refundable once the onboarding session has been completed and company placement has begun. Cancellations before onboarding are eligible for a full refund.
Bundles and combo packs are eligible for a refund only if no course within the bundle has been accessed beyond 20% completion.
Courses purchased at a promotional price of ₹499 or below (or AUD equivalent) are not eligible for refunds.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method. SKLOR does not refund payment gateway charges.
Email info.sklor@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Order ID]". Include your registered email, order ID, and reason for the refund.
