Welcome to SKOLR. By accessing or using the SKOLR Platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, have read these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Platform Access

SKLOR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission from SKLOR.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info.sklor@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Course Enrolment and Content

Upon purchasing a course, you are granted lifetime access to that course content (unless stated otherwise). Course materials are for personal learning only and must not be shared, screen-recorded, or redistributed.

5. Internship Programs

Internship placement is subject to eligibility, performance in the course, and availability of positions with partner companies. SKLOR facilitates the placement process but does not guarantee employment outcomes.

6. Payments

All prices are listed in INR (India) or AUD (Australia) unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. SKLOR does not store card or banking details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including course videos, assessments, learning materials, branding, and software — is the intellectual property of SKOLR Pvt. Ltd. or its content partners and is protected under applicable copyright law.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for unlawful purposes; (b) harass other users or instructors; (c) upload malware or disruptive code; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, SKOLR makes no warranty that course content is error-free or up-to-date with the latest industry changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKOLR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sydney, NSW.
